Welcome to Show Up & Move. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Show Up & Move website located at showupandmove.com (the "Site"), including all content, features, and services offered by Coach Corey Nelson and the Show Up & Move community.

Show Up & Move is a no-shame fitness blog and live workout community designed for busy adults who want to feel better without extremes. Through showupandmove.com, we provide:

Live workout sessions through the Sweat Together community
Educational resources and coaching guidance from Coach Corey Nelson
No-gym-required workout programs and movement practices

Show Up & Move reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Certain features of Show Up & Move may require you to create an account. When creating an account on showupandmove.com, you agree to:

Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

All content on Show Up & Move, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, workout programs, blog posts, and software, is the property of Show Up & Move, Coach Corey Nelson, or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Show Up & Move name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Show Up & Move. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content on showupandmove.com for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to:
Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works
Use content for commercial purposes without written authorization
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Republish workout programs or blog content on other platforms
6. User Content

The fitness content, workout programs, and health-related information provided by Show Up & Move and Coach Corey Nelson on showupandmove.com are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Important Health Notices:
Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program
If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during any workout, stop immediately and seek medical attention
You assume all risks associated with participating in fitness activities
Show Up & Move and Coach Corey Nelson are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may result from following workout programs or fitness advice

By participating in Show Up & Move workouts and following fitness guidance, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Show Up & Move, Coach Corey Nelson, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to:
Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
Any content obtained from the Site
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Injuries or health issues resulting from participation in workouts or following fitness advice
In no event shall Show Up & Move's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Show Up & Move in the twelve months prior to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Show Up & Move, Coach Corey Nelson, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use of or access to showupandmove.com
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Your User Content
Your participation in workouts or fitness activities
10. Termination
Show Up & Move reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to showupandmove.com at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:
Violation of these Terms of Service
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Behavior that disrupts the community or violates our no-shame values
Extended periods of inactivity
Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings if available.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Show Up & Move shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or violation of confidentiality obligations.
You and Show Up & Move agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
12. Changes to Terms
Show Up & Move reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page and post the revised Terms on showupandmove.com.
Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Site.

13. General Provisions
